Welcome to the National Kyokushin Kai-Kan Karate Academy. By accessing our website or enrolling in our martial arts classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Enrollment and Training
Enrollment is subject to class availability and payment of fees. Training sessions are physically demanding and require strict adherence to instruction. The President reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for safety or behavioral infractions.
2. Injury & Liability Waiver (Flagged for Lawyer Review)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Kyokushin Karate is a full-contact martial art involving rigorous physical contact and exercise. By enrolling and participating in training, you (or your parent/guardian) acknowledge the inherent risk of physical injury and agree to release and hold harmless the National Kyokushin Kai-Kan Karate Academy, its instructors, and organizers from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, accident, or damage sustained during training or events.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, media, logos, text, and design structures displayed on this website are the property of NKKA or its respective owners. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
5. Modifications
NKKA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with an updated effective date. Continued attendance in classes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
